At BeyondFS, we are committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice is designed to describe to you the basis for the collection, storage and processing of your personal data and information, which includes personal data we collect directly from you, obtained from LinkedIn or which is otherwise provided by you and (where appropriate) relevant third parties (“Personal information”) relevant to your application for the position within BeyondFS.

Please read the following carefully.

BeyondFS will retain, store, manage and otherwise process your Personal Information using the industry-respected web-based Breezy Platform (https://breezy.hr/features/candidate-management) (“Breezy”) to facilitate the recruitment process. As part of that process Breezy will be used to store and process your Personal Information in accordance with instructions from us.

As part of the recruitment process, your Personal Information will be used by BeyondFS to determine whether or not you are a good fit.

BeyondFS will hold on to your Personal Information in this way and for these purposes for up to 24 months from the date of your consent. If it turns out that BeyondFS would like to keep it available for longer they will reach out to you for your additional consent first. If you do not give additional consent your Personal Information will be deleted within a further fourteen days.

Lastly, if at any point you'd like BeyondFS to remove or amend your Personal Information, or to share it with you, please just let them know by emailing info@beyondfs.co.uk and provide full details.
