BeyondFS is a specialist management consultancy working with financial institutions to design and deliver world-class client onboarding and client lifecycle management functions. Our Associates work with us on a contract basis alongside our permanent team, and we are always interested to add to our Associate network. If you have the following experience and skills, we would love to hear from you:

  • Prior experience as a consultant within a recognised management consultancy firm. A deep understanding of how to deliver and/or lead consultancy engagements is absolutely essential.
  • Expertise in client onboarding and or lifecycle management. This might include specific knowledge of AML and/or KYC.
  • Strong project and programme management experience, with the ability to work effectively within mixed Beyond and client teams.
  • A professional, high quality approach with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative and team-orientated style – we have no room for big egos!
  • Flexibility to work on-site with clients as appropriate, predominantly in London. You will also spend some time working from home.
